Introducing the StretchA Method, a system designed to provide assisted stretching based on the ancient techniques found in Thai Massage, Osteothai, Fascial Stretch Therapy, Active Isolated Stretching, and yoga. Within the StretchA Method, there are two engaging workshops available: Thai Mat Flow and Thai StretchA Fusion.
Thai StretchA Fusion L-1
A table-based assisted stretching course for fitness and wellness pros seeking to uplevel their client’s experience. This course is both active and passive for the receiver and focuses on improving mobility while creating strength and stability in the end-range of motion.

- 3-Day Hands-on Training
- Mindfulness through yoga and mobility prep each morning
- The use of proper body alignment and awareness while performing each technique
- A full-body, table-based assisted stretching routine in 3 positions (supine, prone, and seated)
