The StretchA Method is an integrated approach to enhancing flexibility and body alignment, aimed at improving mobility, reducing pain, and boosting overall physical performance.
Wellness professionals looking to elevate their services, including personal trainers, yogis, Pilates instructors, physical therapists, and chiropractors, will benefit. It’s also suitable for newcomers to bodywork, making it a standalone service or a complement to existing offerings.
No prior experience is necessary for Level 1 courses. The StretchA Method accommodates all skill levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.
Wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows you to move freely, such as athletic or yoga attire.
Bring a water bottle, notepad, pen, and highlighters. Some workshops may require specific equipment, and you’ll be informed via email if that’s the case.
The workshop spans three intensive days:
  • Friday: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
  • Saturday: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm (or until 7:30 pm, depending on the location)
  • Sunday:** 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
  • Each day includes a 1-hour break.

You’ll learn various stretching techniques, alignment principles, and a 90-minute full-body assisted stretch routine to help clients improve flexibility, reduce stress, and enhance structural alignment.
Depending on your injury, inform the instructor of any existing injuries or medical conditions beforehand to assess if modifications can be made to ensure safety and comfort.
Yes, pregnant participants are welcome. However, please consult your healthcare provider before enrolling and inform the instructor so appropriate modifications can be made.

Refunds are not available, but you can transfer to another StretchA Method workshop for a transfer fee. Detailed policies are outlined on our registration page.
Yes, you can further your training by taking additional courses offered by the StretchA Method, including Thai Mat Flow Level 2.
A WhatsApp group is typically created for each class, allowing students to share footage and videos from the workshop.
