Sandra Jersby is an honorary graduate from California State University, Northridge with a degree in Nutrition & Food Science. She is certified with the National Academy of Sports Medicine in Corrective Exercise and Sports Performance. Not to mention, she carries 12 years of experience as a Health and Wellness Coach with certifications in Fascial Stretch Therapy, Thai Massage, Certified 200 hr Yoga instructor,  Active Isolated Stretching, and Functional Range Conditioning (FRC), which has earned her the title of Los Angeles’ Elite Stretch Therapist.
Sandra’s services are flexible for those who are constantly on the move. As her client, you either have the option to choose an online app training program or virtual training with her if you are out of town. Sandra is committed to keeping you on track with your fitness journey regardless of work travel or vacation.

Depending on the injury, Sandra can create and offer a Corrective Exercise Program to avoid any more stress on the affected area. Aside from this, Sandra also prides herself on her “Recovery Day” services (Yoga, Stretch Therapy, or Thai Massage). Sandra is committed to working with you in order to enhance your functionality.

This is a very common question! Modern exercise and diet culture have created a phenomenon that revolves around fitness scams and unrealistic expectations. Unsurprisingly, this has caused many to foster feelings of hopelessness and failure. In order to avoid these, one should always measure themselves within their own condition and physiology. 

 

Because of this, each individual’s results depend on their genetic makeup, effort applied during exercise, and commitment to their personalized nutritional plan.

If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason, please do so within a  24+ hour notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a full charge. Please be aware that this policy also applies to appointments secured with a gift certificate. Same-day cancellation or no-shows will forfeit the value of the payment.
Sandra works out of 3 gyms throughout LA — Westside/Santa Monica, West Hollywood, and Culver City. Sandra can also come to your home if you’re within the areas mentioned above. She will provide a list of workout equipment to order for your at-home workouts. For Recovery & Mobility sessions – Sandra will always come to your home.
