You don't know what you don't know! Learning is a continual process! I've been a Physical Therapist for 9 years and recently attended Sandra's Thai Table Fusion weekend course to enhance my skillset so I can better serve my clients. I've used assisted stretching and PNF for years, but the flows that I learned in Sandra's course are next level. The course is well designed and encourages learning. From first observing Sandra perform her flow to either receiving or giving (you'll eventually do both) immediately following, the course is designed to be helpful and encouraging.

My experience w/ the Thai StrechA Fusion L-1 class was exceptional! The 3 day seminar went by in a flash… I could have done a 4th day. Sandra is so well organized, she gives above and beyond information. She is very knowledgeable on her craft and is eager to share everything she knows w you. The space that was used for the workshop was very clean, calm and inviting.

Sandra’s energy and love for what she teaches in her Thai Table Fusion class shows in the details of the 3 day workshop. The yoga warm up in the morning and sound bath were perfect additions and were such a great touch on top of all the great techniques we learned. I had such a great time learning from Sandra and would highly recommend this course. This was such a unique experience. I knew I wanted to learn the techniques Sandra offers. I however didn’t know how affected I would be.
My own energy has shifted from a weekend full of nurturing energy. Sandra is very attentive approachable and ready to answer any questions. Just finished a weekend of table Thai Stretch performance weekend with Sandra. It was a fantastic weekend with so much learning. I absolutely loved it and can’t wait to put it in practice with my clients. I will be back for the floor Thai course. Cant wait!!!

I completed Sandra’s Thai - Table fusion stretch therapy course last weekend and I must say it was such a wonderful experience! Sandra is an incredible teacher and her techniques are unlike any others.
